We’re Catherine and Yordie, and together we run Barnesmore Wellness.
We’ve created a calm, private space in the Barnesmore Hills where treatments are shaped around the person.
Between us, we bring many years of experience in holistic therapy, massage, and bodywork. Catherine works with aromatherapy, facials, and restorative treatments designed to support balance and relaxation. Yordie focuses on massage therapy and bodywork, often working with injuries, physical strain, and recovery.
Every session starts with a short conversation. From there, the treatment is adjusted to suit how your body feels on the day. Some people need deeper work, others need something slower and more gentle.
The wellness suite itself is quiet and unhurried. Natural scents, warm oils, and very little noise. Most people say they feel calmer as soon as they arrive, and leave feeling more comfortable in their body and ready to carry on with their day.
